      Within Dealer Services Division, good workforce with poor understanding by mid-level management.

      Pros

      High profile company that is widely respected, good benefits and low-level management. Ability of a AAA rated corp. to recruit high-end talent.

      Cons

      Inept mid-level management that showed no signs of understanding day-to-day workflow. Constantly shifting expectations that had to due more with office politics and bureaucracy that results often led to motivation issues, and turn over was high for this reason. Twenty (20) percent of my department when I left now works at me at my current employer in successful capacities.

      Pros

      Awesome company that gives you tons of rewards and support. Great team atmospher, really enjoy working with the people in my office. Corportate training is nationally recognized. Quick moveup for those who like to do good.

      Cons

      Can take a while to get you up to date with information and technology. You have to like going door to door, if you can do that often everyday you will succeed.
