      Pros

      Stability of our company is outstanding. It's nice to know that as long as I keep my act together, my company is not going anywhere without me. You get that true feeling of stability as long as you are consistent with your own production.

      Cons

      Working from home you don't get to see your co-workers too often. Wish we got together as a team more than we do.

      esablished, well recognized and the leader in their space in the industry. They have an abundance of internal resources to find information.

      Cons

      very tactical sales tactics, back end infrastructure and systems are outdated. Technology is built on very old platforms. A very disorganized sales structure and weak comp plan.
