      The culture encourages growth, development and longevity. We are given the opportunity to continue our education and the work environment creates a true team environment.

      Cons

      As wil any large organization, it is often difficult to know who everyone is and what they do, but the company tries to encourage communication and cooperation as much as possible.

      Benefits are just great. They give employees all they are looking for including a pension. They people-collegues are very helpful and informative.

      No clean cut why to evaluate your sales which allowed them to pay you when and how they deemed appropriate
