      Moderate monetary compensation Large Company, well known Lots of connections within the company to move from one department to another

      Lacking in management professionalism. Company seems to favor seniority versus one's ability to complete the job. Very little constructive criticism

      Pros

      ADP does a wonderful job at getting you training to be a sales professional. Even if you have no sales experience, ADP and management will go out of there way to help you succeed if you put forward a strong work ethic.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little better (5% commission is stinks at the beginning). Driving allowance could be a bit higher.

      Great starting point. For entry level sales, I would be surprised to hear of a better start. Training is put foremost

      Cons

      Quickly grows dull. No residual income. No incentive to keep clients happy after a certain amount of time. Huge disconnect between sales and service
