      ADP gives me flexibility and control, and enables me to do the things I think are important in life

      Pros

      * Many career opportunities (I've had three promotions in six years) * You control your income * Flexible work environment - especially if you work in a remote office * Not much travel * Finally developing technology to be an industry leader instead of a laggard * I have enjoyed working with all my sales managers

      Cons

      * Upper management can act selfishly at times and treat sales reps like a number - which is typical in sales * We are slow to adapt to change * Customers who aren't self-sufficient are often frustrated by customer service * The company struggles to recognize that some markets are different than others and pushes the same solutions regardless of geography.

      Very Tough Starting Out

      Pros

      Great People. The potential to make a large (six figure) income is here on all levels. The company believes in rewarding employees for a job well done.

      Cons

      The "ramp up" stage or begining stage of the career is very tough. The training is intense as the amount of information you are asked to digest is incredibly large. Many find it to be overwhelming, but a necessary evil in order to perform the job.
