      Great blended learning program to initiate new recruits. Management and colleagues eager to mentor. Robust CRM and technology infrastructure help you hit the ground running!

      Cons

      Multiple business units calling into same prospect pool can seem uncoordinated and confusing to those making and receiving the calls.

      Pros

      They will teach you transferrable selling skills. Play favorites with management and you will climb the step-stool towards management. However get ready for a long wait once you get to the top. You're competing with hundreds of other reps for only a few new positions that open up.

      Cons

      On the SBS side you're competing against banks and intuit that offer the same value proposition for 1/5 of the price. You will also routinely see top performers lose accounts or territory while having quota's raised. The culture here is to bring in new blood to the meat-grinder rather than pay a closer's commission.
