      Hybrid work model. Good Training program.

      Terrible middle management. Policies are different for the same jobs in different reasons. Pay is lower than average.

      Pros

      The company culture is fantastic. People are collaborative and generally easy to work with. I work with countless people who have been at ADP for 15, 20, 25 plus years. Lots of opportunities for movement and growth.

      Cons

      Pay is good but tends to be slightly lower than comparable companies (so I hear). This is probably offset by the fact that it tends to be relatively stable, safe work.
