      Gym, Doctor, Cafeteria onsite. Decent Benefits.

      Cons

      Degrading performance reviews with no constructive criticism, set standards, or even goals to attain. No mobility for minorities and no effort made to promote or transfer. Seen many minorities terminated and often seen them overlooked for promotion by less qualified white colleagues. Performance reviews fail to highlight exceptional work, yet will include that time you were late 5 minutes. Had to work until 3AM because IA management failed to do their job and if they actually managed or had a clear goal for the team we would have been able to leave at 8PM. For those with children, forget about trying to use flex hours - they claim it can be done, but will monitor and report you. Tone at top is LGBTQ friendly, but middle management does not take it seriously and often make crude remarks.

      I would not recommend working here after what I have seen

      8 hour days Coffee Cafeteria on site Good parking

      Cons

      No one ever explains to you properly what is needed to get the position to turn into a sales rep position or as they call it an Associate Sales District Manager No help when it comes to creating script for cold calliong They do not explain any of the products or services and expect you to call at least 100 to 200 cold calls a day All you do is cold call all day everyday and they rarely take you out on the sales meeting.
