      Politics, upward movement reserved for top 5%, not many opps outside of sales, you are only looked at favorably here if you are a top payroll sales rep, everyone else is a 2nd class citizen

      Used to be a great place to work for.

      Cons

      - No vision or long-term plans for Sr Managment. - waves of Layoffs and deep cut. - Loyal smart technologists are been treated as headcounts. - very depressed, unmotivated culture and environment.

      Could Be Better

      Pros

      It's a wonderful place for sales. The company is sales-centric. It's nice being a part of a new project and good exposure to executives from corporate.

      Cons

      the finance department is extremely chaotic and is aiming to be something that is not defined yet. There is a lack of alignment of incentives for management and the associates. Ridiculous work hours. Lack of description. All the perks are momentary to plug holes and tend to be taken away due to shortage of associates for the insane work loads.
