      Ok company if you’re in the right department

      Good pay, benefits and nice coworkers

      Cons

      Metrics and money seem to be way more important that employees and their mental health especially around open enrollment time. There is a ridiculous blackout period for December and January where no one can take any time off. Even if you need a day off, it needs to be approved. This role is rewarded with overextending oneself. Management keeps this role in line by letting the client dictate your salary and future via client comments and reviews.

      Bad management style, extreme pressure for no reason

      There are no pros of working here.

      Cons

      Don't even think about it. They'll make you work like a maniac including many many weekends, extremely long hours and utterly unrealistic timelines. Senior management is not well behaved. There's no focus on quality - nill. It's all about churning out lines of code like a code monkey. They don't care about writing tests. Estimates? Forget about it. They want everything yesterday. This wasn't just my experience but it's all across the board at least at this location. Please don't go here. Avoid them like the plague.

      Somewhat flexible working arrangement Cafeteria on site

      Cons

      1. You have to walk to work from a parking garage a few blocks away. 2. No change at advancement in IT. 3. Extreme levels of favoritism. 4. Ignorance all the way up the ladder.
