Just coming to work every day and looking into the sad, dark eyes of folks you have worked with for years and have done nothing but give to this company knowing they may not be employed for another day is challenge enough. There is NO loyalty or job security ANYWHERE in this company anymore.

Management thinks they are gods, with a ridiculously inflated feeling of self-worth, yet they know nothing about leadership. Most management have never sold a thing in their lives yet they are supposed to "lead" sales reps. Employee sales quotas are made up out of thin air, and are often completely unrealistic and unattainable. One of the managers there would routinely criticize, mock, and belittle employees, while everyone looked the other way. They care more about phone metrics than actual sales results. Before I left, the place started looking like a daycare. They'd rather hire hungry kids and pay them peanuts than hire and retain skilled salespeople.
