      the job currently has no pros. company no longer cares for employees. They need to readdress the treatment of employees

      Cons

      You are tied to the phone with no set break for using the lavatory. it is a call center position and every call monitored.The entire day spent on phone expected to have quick resolution - with little time to research client issue. No client is specifically yours so a lot of just throwing the client issue around and little resolution . many empoloyees have anxiety and are on high blood pressure meds

      Pros

      Great pay, you are exposed to all sides of Human Capital Management, from payroll, to Time and Labor, and HR and Benefits. For someone coming out of college and looking to get started in Human Resource, ADP is the way to go. There is never a dull moment with ADP and after 7 years I still learn something new every day. The growth opportunities are endless, so if you're looking for a career then this company is second to none your best bet.

      Cons

      The biggest problem that I have with the company is before pushing a new product out to clients, they should make sure their staff is well trained, and not just going through the learning process with the client.
