The trust that the company gives to its employees shows as they rely more on referrals when hiring employees. ADP does not have much online advertisement but a lot of people apply because of the stories they hear from people who actually experience working there.

Cons

The salary is a bit below the market. But they do offer a lot of annual merit bonuses.
