Hourly pay, fellow associates, dr on staff, cafeteria

Cons

The volume and expectations of work does not match the number of hours in a day. Numbers-oriented - no longer is this a company that cares about exceeding the clients expectations or work-life-balance - work work work, but do it within an eight hour day with NO escalations or issues. Definition of account management has changed from collaborating and working with clients to a call center. Upper management appears to either have NO clue what they are doing to their assocites or they simply do not care

Pros

Strong benefits package, excellent management, varied career opportunities with a strong push by the company to self improvement, nice location with plenty of parking and a great view, fun coworkers.

Cons

Large company so change can be slow at times.
