There is no reason to work there. No project, No work, No salary.. just wasting your time.
Cons
First thing is that they don't have any project and work, so you can not learn anything. they will hire fresher and give 5k to 8k per month then they will say after 3 or 6 months will give increment but after 6 months they will make excuses and will give you hike after 1 year and hike will be max 30% means if you are getting 6k then after 1 year you will get 7800 per month. they don't have management they will make their own rules at any time. They will give you offer letter and exp. letter of 1 page only on normal A4 photocopy page, even they will not give in envelope. Letters look like fake, they will say to give pay slip but they wont give. Never join this company. For this company there should be option for minus ratings.
