It is key to find the right department to work for. So much of your job happiness is dependent on what department that you are working for.

Cons

The pay at ABC is comparatively lower than a lot of the other networks in the industry. Disney is notoriously known for poor salary rates.

Cons

very difficult to get the right opportunity when one plans to shift from current role; TAS HR is not able to provide good, challenging roles; salary structure is poor; mostly Mumbai based roles
