3M is a huge multinational company, with a lot of opportunities for growth. In this company I found a good combination of a job that challenged me with the constant cooperation of my coworkers. The culture was my favorite thing about 3M.

Cons

Bureaucracy have to been one of the cons of the company, since it is a really big multinational it have to have regulations and procedures to do the most minimal operation, which somethings slows down the flow of the work.
