One of the most memorable things I was asked was about my personal development goals. How I want to grow while working at the company and why I see myself in this role. They also asked about my ideas for the Workplace Experience and how I see myself contributing to the team and the company overall. It showed me that they were genuinely interested in my vision and how I could shape the role, not just fill it.

Asked about my history and what i am looking for in a new role. I queried why the role was being replaced and they had a very vague answer as to why the current person was leaving, it was a bit strange and not transparent. Makes you wonder if the revolving door comments are in fact true globally.
