Nothing really difficult- I was more concerned that I had no sales experience and would not get this job. I was really nervous about sales- wanted customer service but this is really fine and no one yells at you like sometimes happens in customer service.

How much call center experience did I have? Had I ever worked from home? If so, how long? Did I have a quiet place free from distractions where I would be able to work? Attendance is a very big deal breaker for them.
