But the big negative with this company is that they will ask you how you feel about after hours work, weekend work, and point out that there are numerous on-call "windows" that you'll have to work every month. Not sure if they are looking for applicants to be overly enthusiastic at the prospect of working so many hours, but in my case when I answered in a neutral tone of "that's fine" or "that's OK", they sarcastically came back with "it's part of being in IT" and began digging more by asking more questions about how fast I anticipate I would be able to respond to a call in the middle of the night.
