How did you handle a difficult task?
The interview process was conversational in style. It did involve a case study and presentation, followed by another conversational Q&A session. The processed focused on experience, decision making, leadership style, approach to communications and relationship building. It covered a lot of ground quickly, but in a relaxed manner.
What kind of KPIs would you put in place?
The discussions were more conversational in nature however I was asked what made my application unique to the role and my perspective on the network automation market. Further questions around leadership, culture and product strategy/messaging.
