How do you manage tight deadlines?
1. Where is this design now? Was this actually coded? 2. Take a look at this (random) print out of our product. Here's your marker, here's your chair and table. What would you do to make it "better"? I'll stand here and look at you while you do this. Side note: One of my questions was: What's your favorite thing about working here? I was basically met with a stuttering dishonest answer.

What do you think of visual displays in 'named store' location? What is the importance of the visual display manager? CV walk through from leaving cert to now. Managerial experience.
What would you change about the website?
We get a lot of collateral. How would you organize it so its all done on time and not lost if it comes in three months ahead of the deadline display date?
