The 3 hour interview portion was nerve-wracking to say the least. They asked questions to be answered using the S.T.A.R. method. They all centered around similar themes. "What situation have you been that made you uncomfortable...how did you respond?" "What adversity have you faced...how did you respond" They were all very similar so it was hard finding examples, but make sure you have 12 separate examples of ways you can show that you are versatile, creative, flexible, determined, self-motivated. Each manager you interview with will ask you 4 questions.
