The information that I was able to extract from employees during the interview seemed to reflect a culture of "we do what senior management tells us to do" rather than a collaborative, creative culture. While that seemed to fit well for the people with whom I interviewed, I left at the end of my interview knowing that the role would not be fulfilling for me.

The information that I was able to extract from employees during the interview seemed to reflect a culture of "we do what senior management tells us to do" rather than a collaborative, creative culture. While that seemed to fit well for the people with whom I interviewed, I left at the end of my interview knowing that the role would not be fulfilling for me.
