What was my design process.
They are a UX consulting firm so the UX manager role needs to be able to effectively manage projects, product budgets and timelines. There was a lot of emphasis on project management, not so much about UX management.
What do you think is the most difficult part of building the design system?
We talked a lot about process management - they were obviously really interested to hear about my previous experience doing design at an enterprise level (agile, cross-functional teams, etc.)
