There was an in person interview, which was very technical with a panel of 3 people who took turns to ask questions. After the panel asks their questions, there is a writing 'test'. It's just to see how structure you write, and not to evaluate your level of education. The first thing they tell you is that the interview will be standardized to be fair with all the candidates. The entire interview was scripted and only had about 4 questions, all of which were extremely job specific
