Standard HR type questions, not a lot of depth, lots of random chatter. Weirdly personal and inappropriate stories shared by the interviewer made the experience awkward and uncomfortable.

Tell me about a time you had to do something that was outside of your role.
Tell me about a time when you had to research a problem and present solutions. What was the problem, How did you go about researching the problem, and what was the ultimate outcome? (Even the manager felt bad about asking this question. She said "I know this is a wierd question and you can take as much time as you need.... Trust me, you won't be penalized for silence.")
