Not a question per se, but an unusal task that I have not had before in a recruitement process: After my second interview I was asked to write a second motivation letter restating my interest in the role and above all, summing up what I understood of the responsibilities of the role and how I was qualified to fulfill them.

Essentially asked me to recite my resume.
Why should we hire you? Why shouldn't we hire you?
What would you do in your current role/company to benefit from the pandemic?
Job experience, reason of passion, what's the plan to improve the current localisation.
Are you flexible with working after working hours but with benefits?
