As usual for trading, there will be a lot of mental math for the latter halves of your interviews. Mainly just quick multiplication, addition, square roots, next number in a set, etc. IE, what is the square root of 210. Mostly, though, I felt the interviews were very behavioral based with the mental math acting as more of a screener for the next round.
How can our company increase its value in the future of telecomm?
Tell me about a situation when you had to teach or mentor someone?
Most of your work experience is in marketing, so tell me one reason why one should not work in marketing.
Examples of questions for either interview rounds: -Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle it? -Do you have any sales experience? -Tell your greatest sale. -Tell me about a time when you expected everything to go as plan when in fact it was the complete opposite. What did you do? -Tell me about yourself.
