Very relaxed, started as a conversation between myself and the interviewer, transitioned to questions to get a feel for how I would perform in a retail environment. NOTE: at least at my local store, there were two required interviews, along with a drug screening and background check.

Interview
Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
