no difficult questions or unexpected questions..tell me about yourself? name a time when you had to reach a sales goal what are the steps you took to reach it? how do you handle upset customers? what is the biggest overage or shortage you have had with your drawer? name a time you had to deal with multiple customers at one time and how did you handle it? name one thing you disliked about your last job?
I had to give actual scenarios of different situations. They didn't just want to know "what would you do...." but more like "what DID you do...." I had been unemployed for months so specific situations escaped my memory; but they told me to calm down & just think.
Based on your experience how you explain of complicated company policy to the customer? also, above and beyond customer service.
