Generally two parts, first part is very typical questions on experience - e.g. team management, aligning with stakeholders, anything you'd do differently in your past experience, etc. Second part involes a small case, either it's data/suggestion, or it's "what would you do in this scenario?"
Many questions, the more difficult behavioral ones were related to weaknesses, what would a manager say you did poorly or what your main weaknesses were, what do you wish you did differently, etc. Not rocket science here, however if you are interviewed by the person I spoke to be prepared for someone a bit disrespectful/ crass/ lacking in etiquette. I am happy I declined to work in this environment; the crass manner in which the executive spoke to me was a red flag. However, the fact that the compensation was also downsized by 30% after the fact was even more of a red flag. I've never seen a company with such unprofessional recruiting and interviewing practices in my decade of working at well established consulting and Fortune 500 firms.
