The technical review was challenging. However, if you are up to date with information and key concepts in your area of expertise, it shouldn't be too bad. The on-site interviews were all behavioral based questions (I.e....."tell me about a time when _______________" )
In a previous role, if a new product were being introduced, what would you and the rest of the marketing team do to support that product launch?
How do you organize and prioritize your day-to-day work while managing a long, relationship-driven sales cycle in education?
Strength and weakness? General background? Situation questions? Small talk and warm conversation about who I am and questions from there?
There weren't necessarily any difficult or unexpected questions. Everything was pretty straight forward and it flowed more like a real conversation than an interview.
