All their questions were IT-based, given the position, But they gave many scenario-based questions. They also ask simple intro questions such as what is LAN/WAN or what does DHCP do. The scenario-based questions varied: What would you do if a user calls and says that they can see any of their emails on their computer? What would you do? Other questions were based on Active Directory Exchange based.
