Qn 2 was a typical case question. It was on Star buck's reducing revenue due to the financial crisis in 2008. You are required to analyze the reasons for the decreasing revenue as well as provide strategies to reverse the trend. It should not be hard if you have done some preparations.
The questions are varied. The most difficult part other than passing the psychometric assessment, is the case study interview where you have to think on your feet.
