Standard questions, mostly about my experience and knowledge as a trainer. They seemed truly more interested in my skills and knowledge than "gotcha" questions like who a specific executive is or where they came from.
Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? How does your previous work experience relate to the position your are interviewing for? What is the hardest things about your current position.
Can you describe a time where you have been required to perform as part of a team? What was the situation? What part did you play in the team and what was the outcome?
Where would you like to be in six months?
Just lots of paperwork to fill out and a test that was not hard but since it was a third party site where the assessment needed to be done, it was a little bit laborius. Waiting for the background check to clear can be a pain in the butt if you live in certain states.
