Due to the nature of the position, the questions in my interview fluctuated between technical skill related inquiries and questions about my comfort working face to face with clientele. We touched upon my experience with various software suites, and my goals for the future. The company seems very interested in where you want to go with your career, and helping you get there. It is very refreshing to find a company that understands that investing in employees correlates strongly with retention, and productivity.
