General questions on my motivation and on my experience. In particular the SA manager asked whether I was actually used to do the configuration myself. That was an awkward question to me, because my 15+ years experience has been in the implementation and management of ERP system. Did she read my CV? I tried to explain but probably I was not effective as I was quite uncomfortable. One of the worst overall experiences. Luckily I did not get the job.
Even though the position I applied was purely software related. Most of the questions were in regards the infrastructure, networks and telephony.
