The asked questions in certain areas (one of which I'm not familiar with) but of the ones that I know well - their questions were vague and seemed very poor choices for the subject matter.

What process do you use when working with internal departments?
The only "difficult" questions I encountered were behavioral questions about experiences I had which were relevant to the position I was interviewing for. I would say that anyone should be ready to answer these questions anyways :)
The president asked me why I would want to apply for a job that had no freedom with how the company tracks employees, productivity, GPS, and mileage..
The president asked me why do you want to switch fields and work here? He then said he just doesn't get why I'd want to switch as he put his arms above his head and let out a big sigh.
Every question they asked was about my technical knowledge and background, they were not interested in me as a person. Not one bit!
