Asked about everything on my resume and how it would relate to the role. Not bad and expected. Included typical common behavioral questions.
When I asked about team culture, they said they value it a lot, yet didn't seem interested in getting to know me, my interests, or my personality outside what is directly applicable to answering customer feedback. In other words, I felt like they weren't looking for a coworker, but a worker.
What parts of this position might be challenging for you? Good question, but when trying to understand the role better, managers and reps mostly spoke about the positives of the roles and brushed over the negatives, not giving me a full sense of the role when answering questions
if you were in a meeting by yourself with a client that took a month to book and you get an emergency phone call from another client asking for help on the spot, what would you do.
What is your view on Cloud
They gave me a situation where a customer denied a phone conversation where they agreed to have on-site help. Since this wasn't in email we couldn't charge them for services.
