Factual hired non technical account managers first but struggle to find technical account managers at the below market salary they wish to pay which is $75k-$85k with equity. I walked in for an Pre-scheduled interview and been through couple of rounds, i've been asked to wait for the further rounds of discussion. In the further round i was asked a question like being a person from a technical backgroud why you choosed to be an recruiter of an organisation, i ve answered the question and then he posted me a question line why dont you try for a BDM in thet case?? this was thing for which i got stunned?
