My only constructive feedback to Actian is that they should have more structure around interview format for each round, and ask a few difficult questions around experience and on product management. I thought it was relatively much easier than other companies' interview processes. I'm just concerned you might hire incompetent people who may game the interview process.

Mostly Analytical and Decision Making
The technical interview was just rapid fire questions. Mine was aimed toward AWS features, functions, troubleshooting, but I imagine it depends on which product you're interviewing for.
