All of the questions were easy. Really easy. The one that threw me off was "What are your life goals" Because she asked me this right before we were going to end the interview. I was out of "interview phase" and was going through critiquing the interview. It just caught me off guard.

Every interviewer started off with basic background information of what they do and then you give them a basic background of what you've done that correlates to the role. Then the interview process is about how you analyze, what skills you would use to solve hypothetical situations you would run into in the job position, and scheduling questions. Be sure to communicate with your direct manager what you expect as far as work / life balance, team support, managerial style, and culture fit.
