Very basis level, which was good, not detailed explanation on detailed future plan
Who did you work for?
One of the most mechanical interview processess I have experienced. They have a well defined process which basically includes a defined set of questions for each of these rounds. So, none of these interviewers actually have a conversation with you. They just ask you the question and keep noting down what you are speaking. It can very well be replaced by handing out a questionaire or a form to you. Surprisingly the final round with the CEO was also the same. He never looked up and had a real conversation with me while I was seating across the table and he kept asking one after the other set of questions he had and kept noting my answer; which felt very mechanical. Though the questions of the Technical round were really good and more suitable for the role. Questions asked by the CEO: Tell your 3 weaknessess Tell me what motivates you Tell me the hardest thing you had to do in Sales Tell me 3 things your customer says about you

They asked pretty standard questions about my experiences and intentions as well as a few basic behavioral questions.
