My interview didn't include any difficult questions...standard boilerplate questions like "what's a situation in which you demonstrated initiative to solve a difficult problem."

How do u know the right candidate for the job?
Not really difficult, but you are required to take a very dated personality test. Like much of the company, it was clearly from the 1980's.
interview didnt really pose any difficult questions but i was interviews by 3 different people and never with each other so a bit of a shambles and they didnt know what the previous interviewer had or hadnt covered but didnt ask either as if they didnt care.
What is your greatest strength
You will know when it is time to move on and forward. Until then, learn as much as you can about the food, equipment and people skills...
