After that, there was a brief coding exercise focused on reviewing a small function that contained a few logical and structural errors. My task was to analyze the code, identify the problems, and explain how I would correct them. The conversation was straightforward and technical, giving some insight into my reasoning and problem-solving approach, though the challenge itself was quite simple for a Tech Lead position. Overall, the process was well-organized and professionally conducted.
