I don't remember the questions they asked. I'm pretty sure it was pretty basic; questions about your background, why you would be a good fit, what you are studying (besides the language you want to teach), and where you see yourself in five years.
They asked all about my experience with teaching in the past as well as past research experience. They wanted to make sure that I was smart enough not to injure myself or others in the lab and they just really want to help out their employees.
