They ask questions pertaining to the job, mostly making sure you're a good candidate for this strenuous position. You need to be ready to live in the wild for 2 weeks at a time. The candidates that didn't make it through the training seminar were in poor health or were overwhelmed by the thought of living in the wild on basic food, only showering once for two weeks, etc. for a living.
