Although my interview was nearly 8 years ago, I remember them asking me situational questions. "What would you do/say in this situation.."
Nothing. They didn't ask anything except how to pay for the package.
How do you work with international students where plagiarism is normal? How do you work with diverse student? How do you work with unprepared students? How do you work with challenged students? What are your salary expectation? (hint: it was crystal clear that low = good)
