Skills assessment taken very seriously, don't think "what can I bring to your organization", think SAT. Proctored, and speed based so don't waste too much time or it will log you out, A lot of word based algebra, some very simple grammer and a section for programming (this was the non-tech version) that just wants to assess how quickly you pick up new concepts-you need not be a programmer.

No difficult questions. What do you know of the position and what do you know of Micros. Are you aware of the traveling requirements... etc.
How well do you work with Millennials? (Ooops, isn't that like asking how well I work with Asians or Blacks?)

How would you handle a situation wherein your schedule was already full and there is an irate client that would really want to speak with you?
How do you manage difficult conversations or conversations across lines of difference?
